HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? ( 1 + 2 )

The delivery time consists of two periods

:

1) Processing time (1-2 business days):

Order confirmation, adjustment, quality check, packaging

The order is checked and released within 12-24 hours of placement. As soon as the order has been released in our system, production is started. For products with personalised processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce, quality-check and pack the product.

2) Delivery time (approx. 15-29 working days depending on the country):

The time from our international dispatch centre to the delivery location. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes:

• United Kingdom 15-29 working days*
• Ireland 15-29 working days*

to be delivered to the destination.

*All shipping times exclude customs and customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day, there may be delays.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer the following shipping rates:

1.) Free standard shipping from $50 goods value (with tracking)

2.) Insured Premium Shipping - Insured in case of theft / loss or damage of the package for $4.95

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as the packaging and processing of your order begins immediately upon receipt of the order.

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for shipping and pays the full cost.
