Cancellation policy
Luuma Product Subscription Terms
(1) You have the option to choose regular delivery of an item ("Subscription") during the ordering process.
(2) For contracts with a fixed term or concerning a fixed number of agreed deliveries, the contract ends upon expiration of the term or with the shipment of the agreed deliveries. No separate cancellation is required in these cases. Automatic renewal of the contract is excluded.
(3) Subscription contracts can be cancelled as follows: Cancellation must be made through the appropriate setting in the customer account under the "Cancel subscription" button or, if necessary, by email to info@shopluuma.com stating your name and email address. The contract can be cancelled by either party with 3 weeks' (21 days') notice to the end of the month. If the cancellation is received by OJJ EAL ECOM ANGELS LTD no later than 21 days after the last charge, it will affect the next scheduled monthly charge and delivery. If the cancellation is received later than 21 days after the last charge, i.e., after the 22nd of the month, it will only affect the month after next's charge and delivery. Cancellation before receipt of the first delivery is not possible. Cancellation must be in text form.
(4) Amounts already paid for effectively cancelled services will be refunded. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.
(5) If you wish to pause your subscription, please log into your user account. Here you will find a "Adjust subscription" button. When you click this, you will be redirected to your settings where you can inform us of your wish to pause the subscription. The pause must be submitted at least 7 days before the start of your pause period. The term of your subscription will automatically extend by the paused months or deliveries after reactivation of the contract.
(6) The subscription has a minimum term of two months or two deliveries. There is no automatic cancellation. Cancellation requires a corresponding declaration in the customer account or by email. The subscription can be cancelled by you or us at any time.
(7) Delivery costs are included in the subscription.
(8) Returns within the agreed minimum subscription term are excluded. Should a return of the second or third delivery occur, the previous deliveries will be recorded as individual deliveries and invoiced accordingly.
